Find Your Lot
Meet with a Shoopman Homes Sales Representative to go over your lot options and community locations.
Choose Your Floor Plan
Review the floor plans available for the community you selected, and decide which plan would work best for your lifestyle.
Discuss personalized options that would make your new homes yours, such as making changes to the floor plan or adding features.
Once you have made your selections, you will make the initial deposit. A Shoopman Homes Sales Representative will walk you through the purchase agreement process. Once you review and sign your purchase agreement the next step is to apply for your mortgage.
Select Interior Options
Meet with the design consultant to select options such as paint colors, cabinet or counter top finishes, and to discuss available upgrades.
Your start pack will be prepared listing all of your selections for you.
Once your home is completed, a walk through will be completed.
At closing, you will sign the closing documents and receive the keys to your new home. Your Shoopman Homes Sales Representative will go over important information, the closing documents with you, review and approval prior to the closing.
